Content description
Agreement, between John Shaw, of Christ's Hospital, surveyor, as agent for Eton College, and Richard Pritchard, of Haverstock Hill, cowkeeper, by which the former agrees to let the latter a parcel of ground at the south east corner of the Chalcot's estate (shown in a plan in the margin) for 7 years at a rent of £15 and the latter agrees within six months to erect a cottage there under the superintendance and to the entire satisfaction of Shaw. Upon completion therefore Shaw will pay the lessee £300.
