Charles Parke, to Thomas Batcheldor, esquire, at Windsor, respecting the land at Chalk Farm Road. "If you still entertain any doubt as to the legal right of the company to compel the sale of the land I will immediately serve the notices under the Act which will put the matter at once in issue." Is reluctant to do so. With draft of Batcheldor's answer. It is the wish of the Provost and Mr Carter that Parker should attend the next meeting of the College to discuss the matter.
