Amended draft of Memorial from the College to the Commissioners of Woods and Forests proposing the exchange. "It is highly desirable for the good discipline health and recreation of the youth educated at the said College that the buildings and land in its immediate vicinity should be under control of your Memorialists so as to preclude the risk of additional buildings being erected or trades of businesses carried on there which might by the noise and traffic attending the conduct of them prove of annoyance to the College by distrubing attention and interfering with the orderly rules and regulations of the establishment."
