Draft agreement, between the Commissioners of Woods, Forests, Land Revenues, Works and Buildings, and the Provost and College of Eton for an exchange of land at Eton belonging to the Crown for land part of the Primrose Hill Estate in the parishes of Hampstead and Marylebone belonging to the College. The lands in Eton consist of the Christopher Inn with lands pertaining, Cock Close and other lands (described).
