Content description
John Josselyn, junior, Belstead, to Rev W Roberts, Eton College. Mr Gentry, the lessee of the estate, is willing to take it on terms that are nearly what the College has proposed. The lowest price that will be accepted for the estate is £1900. Thinks it would be to the advantage to the College to buy as the property is materially connected with theirs, there being little trace in many part of boundaries.
