The answer of Robert Baker, defendant, to the bill of complaint of Edmund Baker, concerning a tenement called Burfords in the manor of Creetinge St Marye. William Baker, the defendant's grandfather, some thirty years ago surrendered the premises to the use (after the death of Joan, his wife, now deceased) of John Baker, the defendant's father.
