Content description
Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Morgan Apprice, of Eton, servingman, for £13 6s 8d of a portion of tythe called Brians Acre alias Bryans Tithe to be gathered within the fields of Elcombe in the parish of Wroughton, co. Wilts. From Michaelmas 1581 or whenever a lease to Thomas Wilkes shall end, for 21 years. Rent 7s 6d and 4 bushels of malt.
