Content description
Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of his former lease, to Anthony Bathe, of Elcomb, co. Wilts, gentleman, of their portion of tithes called Bryans Acre or Bryans Tithes within the fields of Elcomb with all appurtenances in the parish of Wroughton. From old Michaelmas last for 10 years. Rent 6s 8d and 2½ bushels of wheat and 2 bushels of malt.
