Bond by John Peers, of Brynsfast in the parish of Northmondom, co. Sussex, yeoman, to the Provost and College of Eton in £20 for the collecting of all the College rents in their manor of Fysshers Brynsfast and delivering the same at the College at Michaelmas, according to a rental given him by the bursars. He may deduct from the same 6s 2d as his fee.
