Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of his former lease, to Samuel Collens, fellow of King's College, Cambridge, of parcels of ground called Hillfeild, Shippcottfeild and Lee, with a meadow by it, and a croft called Colnhouse crofte demyfeild and a croft called Bagbridge Croft, with all woods and underwoods thereon, except for all timber trees and standells and storers, in the parish of Hitchindon or Wickham, co. Bucks. From Michaelmas last for [ ] Rent 26s 8d and 4 bushels of wheat and 2 quarters of malt or their money equivalent.
