Content description
Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of a lease to Henry Bulstrode, esquire, to John Evance, of London, gentleman, of lands at Rudsworth in Stanwell, co. Middlesex, now in the tenure of the said Bulstrode, except all woods and underwoods. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £3 6s 8d and 2 quarters 4 bushels of wheat and 3 quarters 3 bushels of malt, or their money equivalent.
