Content description
Henry le Frankelein of Milborne recites that his father Richard held a virgate of land in Milborne from the Abbey of Bec for his life. Richard de Flamavil' (Flammaville), procurator of Bec, has leased the land to him for his life, through grace and not right of succession, for 6s 8d to be paid yearly, 40d at Easter and 40d at Michaelmas. he may not sell, pledge or otherwise alienate the land which after his death reverts to the Abbey.
