Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to William Perrye, of Warminster, co. Wilts, gentleman, and Edmund Wickwyke, of the city of New Sarum, draper, of the site of the manor or priory of Middleton Brymfyld, with all its appurtenances, except all manner of great trees. From Michaelmas last for 40 years, in as ample and large manner as one William Bennet late had or occupied. Rent 26s 8d and 5 quarters of wheat at Lady day, and £3 6s 8d at Michaelmas. The lessees to receive the lessors, their horses and servants, whenever they come on the College business, and find them sufficient horse meat and man's meat for one night and one day in the year. The lessees to make a true terrar of all the glebe lands within three years, and deliver the same to the College, and so every twenty years.
