Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College upon the surrender of the foregoing to John Twogood, of Norton Bavent, gentleman, of the site of the manor or priory of Middleton Brymfyld, with all its appurtenances, except all manner of great trees. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £4 8s 10d and 2 quarters of wheat and 6 quarters 2 bushels of malt or their money equivalent.
