J B O Bayly, Boreham, to Thomas Batcheldor, esquire, warning him, before he comes to terms with the Company, of the damage to the estate from the circumstance of the road called Middleton Drove lying west of the land taken by the rail having to be lowered 10½ feet. Will be staying at the Gloster Hotel, Piccadilly during the Epsom race week where he will be happy to see him, or will come to Windsor if desired.
