J B O Bayly, Warminster, to Thomas Batcheldor, esquire. The College land is sustaining serious injury from a railway embankment having been formed across a watercourse which has caused several acres of land sown to wheat to be flooded. The company admits having taken nine poles more than their account shows. Sends a small basket of game.
