Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Anthony Bethwin, of Winchester, yeoman of their portion of tythe called Bryans acre alias Bryanes Tiethe to be gathered within the fields of Elcombe in Wroughton. From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent 6s 8d and 2½ bushels of wheat and 2 bushels of malt.
