Two rectangular cartouches at the top have not been filled with title or descriptive matter. The lands, however, are shown in great detail, including the open field strips, with acreage and names of freehold and copyhold tenants, which include the following: Lord Wyndsore, Lord Wentworth, Richard Rivers, Nicholas Vincent, Philip Downes, Richard Harlwyn, John Veer, Peter Sorrell, Henry Wyngfeld etc. Church houses are shown in elevation. Trees, a pond. Roads and boundaries of properties coloured. A coloured compass rose. The College Arms, coloured.
