/1 and 2 Plan showing the boundary line between the estates of the Duke of Portland and of the College in the parish of St. Marylebone.
MS., coloured.
About 20 feet to an inch.
The plan is accompanied, on the same sheet, by a memorandum of agreement between the surveyors and tenants, viz. C.A. Cumberlege and William Bromley, for the Duke, and John Shaw and Giles Clarke, for the College.
The Whole sheet measures 2 feet x 1 foot 3ins.
/3 and 4 Two plans relating to lettings to Mr Cuming. 1844-1845.
/5 Plan relating to intended resumptions by the College. 1845. [see Eton College Records, vol. XLIX, Misc. Estates,
