Content description
A survey of an estate called the Sun in Eton, held by Mrs Dunton under the Revd Provost and Fellows of Eton College. Surveyed by Richard Binfield 23 May 1769. MS., coloured. Scale: 30 ft to an inch. Title in rococo cartouche of looped drapery with tassels. An explanation gives proprietors, occupants and acreage. Compass star.
