Stirling Frederic Marshall, of Eton, clerk, of the first part, George Myers, of Lambeth, builder, of the second part, and Matthew Smith, of Potter Newton near Leeds, stone merchant, and John Gray, of Hull, pawnbroker, of the third part, for building the same.
