£120 and the surrender of his former lease, of the rectory of Astall. From old Michaelmas last
for 10 years. Rent £2 12s and 148 gallons of wheat and 237 gallons of malt and £2 2s 4d in
consideration of the redemption of land tax.

Witnesses: Charles Leake, solicitor, Witney, C. Henderson.
