Asthall and Fulbrook, Oxfordshire: Indenture of lease

Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to Mary Leake, widow, for £166 16s 6d and
the surrender of her former lease, of the moiety of the rectory of Astally as before, together
with 3 acres 1 rood 23 perches, part of an allotment of 6 acres 1 rood 23 perches in
Worsham Mill field on the south side of the private road there bounded on the west by
freehold land belonging to Eton College. From old Michaelmas last for 10 years.
Rent £2 12s and 148 gallons of wheat and 237 gallons of malt and £2 2s 4d in consideration
of the redemption of land tax.
Doubled tag for the College seal, which has been cut off.
