Gloucester, widow, and Kate Stevens, spinster, for £162 4s and the surrender of a former
lease, of the moiety of the rectory of Astally.
From old Michaelmas last for 10 years. Rent £2 12s and 148 gallons of wheat and 237
gallons of malt and £2 2s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
