Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to Charles and Henry Bateman, for £160
1s 4d and the surrender of their former lease, of the moiety of the rectory of Asthally. From
old Michaelmas last for 10 years. Rent £2 12s and 148 gallons of wheat and 237 gallons of
malt and £2 2s 4d in consideration of the redemption of land tax.

Two seals, identical, round, 15mm, red wax, applied. C.
