Asthall and Fulbrook, Oxfordshire: Counterpart of lease

Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, for £200 and upon the surrender of the
foregoing, to John Tuckwell, of Burford, gentleman, of the rectory or parsonage of Fulbrook
with all tythes appertaining. From old Michaelmas last for 10 years. Rent £4 5s and 242
gallons of wheat and 386 gallons of malt or their money equivalent, together with £9 4s 2d in
consideration of the redemption of land tax.
