Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, for £625 and the surrender of a lease to Tuckwell, to Ann Pinnell, of Westwell, spinster, of the rectory of Fulbrook. From old Michaelmas last for 10 years. Rent £4 5s and 242 gallons of wheat and 386 gallons of malt or their money equivalent, together with £9 4s 2d in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
