Indenture of assignment, by Richard Pinnell, of South Petherton, co. Somerset, gentleman, and Thomas Mark Kerr, of Cambrag, in Cheltenham, co. Glouc., to the Provost and College, for £990 of the residue of their lease to Anne Pinnell, spinster, of 15 October 1868, of the rectory of Fulbrook. Pinnell and Kerr are executors of the will of Anne Pinnell, now deceased.
