Copy of indenture of bargain and sale, for 5s by John Greenway, of West Hendred, gentleman, Oliver Greenway, of Oxford, gentleman, Mary, his wife, and Elizabeth Greenway, of Oxford, spinster, the only child of Oliver and Mary, to John Wright, of the Inner Temple, esquire, and Thomas Prince, of Abingdon, apothecary, of a large messuage and backside, tan yards, etc. in Grand Pond in the parish of St Aldates, Oxford, and a little messuage at the back of the same, with lands and buildings in the parish of St Ebbs, Oxford, and lands belonging to the manor or farm of Sparsholt in West Hendred. For one year. Rent a peppercorn.
