The enclosure to the foregoing from Francis Knollis, Burford, while expressing "a disinclination to any thing that might be interpreted as tending to dissolve that union which shd subsist between a Clergyman and his parisioners," claims that "you will find the tithe of seed clover to be a vicarial tithe by judgemt given in several recent tryals."
