Shipdham and East Bradenham, Norfolk: Indenture of six parts

Indenture of six parts, between William Francklin, esquire, of the first part, John Vernon, esquire, of the second part, Charles, Marguis Cornwallis, of the third part, Edmund Turnor, of Panton, co. Lincs, esquire, of the fourth part, John Turnor, of Brightelmstone, co. Sussex, esquire, of the fifth part, and Charles Turnor, of Wendover, co. Bucks, clerk, of the sixth part, by which Francklin, in pursuance of a recited agreement, and for 5s paid by John Turnor, has assigned to the said Turnor the farms lands and hereditaments comprised in a recited indenture of release of the date of these presents, for the residue of terms of 300 and 500 years; with a similar assignment by Vernon to Charles Turnor in respect of premises comprised in the said release for the residue of a term of 2000 years.
