Attested copy of Articles of agreement, 20 May 1723, between Charles, Viscount Townshend, the Hon. Charles Townshend, esquire, his eldest son and heir apparent, and the Hon. Thomas Townshend, esquire, his second son, by Elizabeth Viscountess Townshend, deceased, his first wife of the one part, and Edward Harrison, of Balls, co. Herts, esquire, and Awdry Harrison, his only daughter, of the other part, upon the marriage of the said Charles Townshend, esquire, and the said Awdry, concerning Shipdham and other lands in Norfolk and Suffolk.
