George Townshend, esquire, eldest son and heir apparent of Charles, Viscount Townshend, of the first part, Charles Viscount Townshend, of the second part, and Thomas Lee Dummer, of Cranbury, co. Hants, esquire, of the third part. Mortgage, for securing £4000 and interest at £4% of Shipdham and lands in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge and the Isle of Ely.
