Attested copy of indenture tripartite, 10 December 1796, between George, Marquis Townshend, and George, Earl of Leicester, of the first part, Davy Turner, of South Creake, gentleman, of the second part, and Richard Dewing, of East Rudham, gentleman, and William Case, of King's Lynn, gentleman, of the third part. Assignment of mortgage with confirmation thereof for securing the payment of £5200 and interest.
