Attested copy of indenture, between the George, Marquis Townshend, and George, Earl of Leicester, of one part, and Richard Daving of East Radham, co. Norfolk, gentleman, of the other. Appointment of certain manors and other hereditaments in Norfolk, Cambs, Derbs, Warwich and Staffs, for a term of 4000 years, redeemable on payment of £2000 and interest.
