Attested copy of indenture, of five parts, 3 April 1805, between George, Earl of Leicester, of the first part, Cecil Bisshopp, of Stratford Place, esquire, of the second part, Lady Charlotte Barbara Ferrers Townshend, eldest daughter of the said Earl, of the third part, Hugh, Lord Fortescue, and John Ord, esquire, of the fourth part, and John Williams, of Lincoln's Inn, esquire, a sergeant at law, and Robert Blake, of Essex Street, gentleman, of the fifth part.
Appointment by the Earl of Leicester and Assignment by Lady Charlotte Townshend to the trustees of her marriage settlement.
