Indenture, between Anne Beheathland, of London, widow, of one part, and John Hanson, of Eton, gentleman, and John Newborough, of Eton, gentleman, of the other. By deed poll of 17 December 1692 it was recited that Richard Beheathland mortgaged to the said Anne a messuage called the Christopher, with certain lands (described), in Eton, for the residue of the terms of recited leases.
Now, for £90 5s Anne assigns the premises to Newborough, at the direction of Hanson.

Witnesses: Stephen Upman, Thomas Carr, Hugh Beheathland, John Newman.
Two seals, red wax, on doubled tags, armorial, on a bar indented three roundels.
