Content description
Memorandum that Mr Butler desired the College to grant him a lease of a piece of ground where the Bell Ringer's house stood, also of that which is called Plomery adjoining the same and of a little room at the end thereof used by the Bricklayer, with leave to pull down the same and build a tenement there in such manner as his adjoining tenements.
A note of April 1799 states that the Bell Ringer receives a rent of £1 annually from Mrs Russel to whom two tenements and gardens are demised by the College.
