Petition of Dorothea Stone, widow, relict of Josiah Stone, deceased, concerning a house and wharf to which Elizabeth Stone, her mother-in-law, pretends to have a claim. The petition is accompanied by a copy of some articles of agreement dated 24 December 1708 between the said Elizabeth, widow and administratrix of Josiah Stone, wharfinger, of Eton, deceased, and Josiah Stone, junior, now deceased, husband of the said Dorothea.
