Content description
John Cator, Adelphi, to Mr James Charters, Register at Eton, concerning the refusal to renew the lease of Eton wharf. He bought the lease, together with a lease of two tenements in Eton under the assurance of the faith of the College of renewing according to their usual mode. Moreover, at the request of the College, he has rebuilt one of the tenements and put the other in order.
