St Helen's, Isle of Wight: Indenture tripartite

Indenture tripartite, between the Provost and College, of the first part, William Lord Auckland and Sylvester Douglas, Commissioner for regulating the redemption of Land Tax, of the second part, and Sir Nash Grose, Knight, a Justice of the King's Bench, of the third part. The College, for £7081 6s 8d has bargained and sold to the said Grose their manor of the late priory or parsonage of Saint Helens in tghe town and fields of Eddington in the Isle of Wight (a stipend of £20 to be reserved for the Minister of the parish church).
Signature of Auckland, Douglas and Grose.
Witnesses: George Children, Edward Grose Smith, W Young, James Iles.
Seals, those of the second and third parties, red wax, applied, all somewhat chipped.
