Content description
Draft of William Roberts, Bursar, Eton, to William Frogatt. Finds that certain Weedonbeck Court Rolls have been given by Mr Brown to a Mr Moore and not returned. It is the express order of the Society that no Court Rolls or other papers be taken from the Muniment Room except “when you, as steward of our manors, have them out for the express purpose of holding a court.”
