Letter Patent granting the Colleges of Eton and King’s Cambridge the custody of all the lands and tenements which Joyce, deceased wife of John, Lord of Typtot, lately held of the King, both as of the Crown and of the Principality of Wales and of the Duchy of Lancaster and of others. The premises are in the King’s hands by reason of the minority of the heir.
