Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Thomas Cock, of Maydenheade, weaver, of a tenement with a little barn and a garden appertaining now in his occupation, in Maidenhead, and an acre of arable lying in two pieces in the field called the North Towne filde in Cookeham, of which half an acre lies between the lands of Christopher Babham, gentleman, on the north and the lands of Lord Norreis, now in the tenure of Nathaniel Hawthorne, gentlaman, on the south, and the other half between the lands of William Brice on the north and the lands of [ ] Lenthall on the south. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 8s 10¾d and 1½ bushels of wheat and 5 bushels ½ peck of malt, or their money equivalent.
