Counterpart of lease, 29 January 1750 - 1 by the Provost and College, to John Freke, of London, surgeon, upon surrender of the foregoing, of the tenement in Maydenhead, now or late in the occupation of William Westcott; the 3 tenements in Hedgley or Farnham Royall, now or late in the occupation of Robert White, Edward Ball and Henry Tredway; the tenement in Farnham Royall, now or late in the occupation of Thomas Pond; the tenement in Langley Marrsh, now or late in the tenure of widow Whitby, with 2½ acres; and the tenement in Iver, now or late in the occupation of Andrew Meale. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £5 and 12 bushels of wheat and 9 quarters of malt, or their money equivalent, together with two weather sheep, each carcass to weigh 44 lbs, or 20s.
