Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to William Freke Williams, of Manchester, co. Lancs, gentleman, executor of William Williams esquire, deceased, upon surrender of his former lease, of the tenement in Maydenhead, now or late in the occupation of William Westcott; the 3 tenements in Hedgley or Farnham Royall, now or late in the occupation of Robert White, Edward Ball and Henry Tredway; the tenement in Farnham Royall, now or late in the occupation of Thomas Pond; the tenement in Langley Marrsh, now or late in the tenure of widow Whitby, with 2½ acres; and the tenement in Iver, now or late in the occupation of Andrew Meale. From old Lady Day 1787 for 20 years. Rent £5 and 12 bushels of wheat and 9 quarters of malt, or their money equivalent, together with two weather sheep, each carcass to weigh 44 lbs, or 20s.
