Content description
Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to Thomas Kember, of Cookeham, husbandman, upon surrender of his former lease, of a messuage or tenement with all its appurtenances called Woodmancotes, except woods and underwoods. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 4 quarters 4 bushels of malt, and 3 quarters 2½ bushels of wheat, or their money equivalent, and £4 8s 10d.
