Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to John Sivedall, of Cookham, gentleman, of 3 coppices of Woodman Coates, viz. the Greate Coppice of 12 acres, abutting eastwards on the College land called Sixteene Acres and westward upon the common on the lane, north and north west upon another coppice of 6 acres; the Little Coppice of 6 acres, abutting eastward on a field of the College called the Twelve Acres and westward on an acre of College land towards the common, northward on land belonging to widow Hamerton and southward on a lane leading to the College house; and Woodman Coates Coppice, of 2 acres, abutting eastward on a close of Mr Plummer, westward on Woodman Coates close, northward on a close of Mrs Powell and south on a close of Mr Plumer. Except all oak and ash trees, numbering about 54, which were not felled at the last cutting in 1652. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 40s.
