Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to John Hammond, doctor of phisicke, upon surrender of a lease to George Ognell, of London, mercer, of a messuage or farm called Aldiffes, in Penne, co. Bucks, with all its appurtenaces there or elsewhere, late in the occupation of William Deane. Except all woods and underwoods which are reserved to the lessors, with free ingress, egress and regress. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 48s 11½d and 14 bushels 3 pecks of wheat and 3 bushels 2 pecks of malt, or their money equivalent.
