Admission at a view of frankpledge with court of the manor and hundred of Crondall held on 1 September 1709 before Roger Harris, esquire, steward, of Thomas Morton, senior, to a messuage and an acre of land in Yately, surrendered by Tobias Feltham to John Clarke and William Sellon, customary tenants, on 4 November to the use of the said Thomas Morton for life with remainder to Thomas Morton, his son and heir.
